The casting for this movie is all-star to say the least...Going to be EPIC.
Awesome actors + Dicaprio + Scorsese = perfection.

I liked The Departed, so I guess I'll have to see this one too.

Scorsese and DiCaprio are beginning to be the same type of butt-buddies as Burton and Depp...but so long as both pairs keep making good movies that's no problem. Speaking of which, Burton's making a live-action Alice in Wonderland.
looks awesome. Love Scorsese and Dicaprio

Scorsese did it with DeNiro too.
I'm looking forward to seeing Shutter Island to see Scorsese do a thriller/mystery.
I am realllllly looking forward to The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt that they will be doing.

Gangs of New York was OK/bad at best. Departed was OK to good. Story was better than the acting.
I'll give it a look. Could be worse. Keanu Reeves could be in it.

Looks pretty good. I had heard about it a while back but had not seen the trailer.

Yep. Release date is March 5, 2010. Johnny Depp is The Mad Hatter; Helena Bonham Carter is The Red Queen and Anne Hathaway is The White Queen. A 20 year old Australian actress (Mia Wasikowska) is playing Alice. Crispin Glover (Back to the Future) and Alan Rickman are also in the movie. Looks like it will be pretty good. You can view the trailer for the movie on YouTube.

The White Queen is referenced in the Lewis Carroll's sequel, "Through the Looking Glass". "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" was written in 1865 and the sequel in 1871.
