he runs very hard. a natural ball carrier. he makes people miss just enough to run through arm tackles while keeping his speed. more consistant blocking up front and he could have some even better games this season.

KM did an excellent job and God willing, he will continue to progress and make us (Gamecock Nation) proud of his productions each week of the season. Just a sidenote that he's been a fan of mine since he signed with us to the tune of me being upset that we redshirted him last year. I believe then and now that he was much better than Davis and the RBs we featured last year. More apparent now that he should have been a 5-Star recruit since he earned the 1st team RB over Giles and Maddox this year. you can never have too much talent...so yes of course we really do need Marcus

can you imagine how great it would be to have Miles, Giles, and Lattimore all on the same team? being able to run one of them and wear the defense down...then put in fresh legs and do the same, then put another guy in...and thats even more of a chance for big runs with those guys

Marcus Lattimore could potentially be here 5 years from next year 2014. All the top teams stock pile all positions. They are 3 - 4 deep with talent. We are not. Don't be short sided and only look at this year and next. Lattimore is a all american talent that is right here in our back yard. He is a lean to us, we need to do everything in our power to land him. It is then up to him to break the starting lineup. Competition at every position only makes us better, and if we have injuries which happen every year...we have quality at 2 and 3.
UNBELIEVEABLE THAT ANYONE WOULD EVEN ASK DO WE NEED LATTIMORE! REDICULOUSLY SMALL MINDED!
