when posting a yt video, don't bother with the embed link...just go to the address bar in your browser while looking at the yt page with the video on it and copy the letters and numbers that appear after the "=" (equals sign) and put that in the yt tags

find your youtube video
look at the url, for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXFk9FKi6ik

copy only the part after the = sign in the above case it is LXFk9FKi6ik

put that inbetween the ][ when you click the youtube button, make sure you dont leave a space before or after

if you dont want to use the youtube button then type paste above code here[/yt ] removing the spaces between the t and the ]

and viola you have
