Looking for Birmingham, AL Gamecocks

I am pretty new to the Bham area (moved right after the dreaded pizza bowl). I have not heard of any groups in the area, but if you are able to find one do share.

I think there is that I'm aware of. I don't even think there's a Gamecock Club for Alabama. I guess we could always start one, although I'm in Tuscaloosa which is about 45 min away from B'ham.

Do you think that USC might have info on Alumni groups around the country...including the Greater B'ham area? If so, I wonder who the contact person is and their number?

Im in Oxford, Alabama. I wish there were more Gamecocks here. At one point I had 3 on my street. One of them moved and the other is never here.

I just moved to Birmingham recently and was looking for a the Gamecock alumni/fan club around here. I came from a city farther away from SC with a huge club and awesome game viewing parties. I contacted the vice president of the alumni club for Birmingham and asked if we could get something together for the Birmingham area gamecocks. Viewing parties are hard to pull of so it will probably be a happy hour to start with.
