Is that really a bad number? From all the negativity I hear from people surrounding the show, I thought less than even 4 million would be watching.
I think it's a good number.
By the way, that link changes to the most updated weekly listing. So for people clicking after a change takes place, The Simpsons took in 9.4 million viewers on the week of November 22nd, and its season-to-date average is 8.5 million viewers.
