Be there or be orange.
I'll be ecstatic if we beat Arkansas, mainly because I'm so freaking tired of losing to them, but I think we should wait until we have the SEC East wrapped up before celebrating. I know that a win against a struggling Florida team at home sounds completely reasonable, especially if we beat Arkansas, but I think it would be wise to wait before doing something like that.

Agreed, if by some miracle georgia loses to UK and we win the east on Saturday yes, but if not, lets just have a big ace party after we kick florida's ass in the brice. 85,000 people this time instead of a couple 100

Georgia plays New Mexico State Saturday. They play Kentucky after they play Auburn (when we play Citadel).

Let's wait for the celebrations Donetsk we clinch the east.

I think being undefeated on the road deserves some kind of celebration. I'm so used to us winning all of our home games and winning 1 or 2 away.

We dont wanna look rediculous throwing a marti gras party for the team like the Clemson fans did when they got back from maryland or whatever meaningless game it was.

I too think we wait until we wrap up the East.
UF is going to get a fair amount of salt rubbed in the wound as they get to watch our National Champion Baseball Team get their rings at that game :D.

I'd love it if we also honored our SEC Champion Women's Soccer Team during halftime :)

Id drive two and a half hours to cheer our boys when they get back in town. The thinking of they should wrap up the east for us to get our there and give them a hand is the type thinking id hear from UGA fans. If they won a seventh consecutive road game against the #7 team in the land to where one more sec win would clinch the title even if UGA wins out.....That deserves some praise to keep on winning for us. We ought to do something like clemson done if we beat Arky, that reassures our guys that we do care and are behind them. I like the attitude of a lot of our fans but think about it, these guys are the reason we can expect to win, never before have we been in this position consecutive years to win the east......We owe our guys a little praise if they take the biggest game of our schedule this week IMO.

I'm not trying to be a downer here because I agree with the sentiment of the original post, but let's cross that bridge if and when we come to it. This team has demonstrated two things very important things so far this season. First, the are very scrappy and capable of winning every game. Second, they have been far from dominant overall with one and a half games serving as exceptions. All I'm saying is we should enjoy each win as it comes and not worry about the future.

A road win isn't something that is worthy of a welcome home celebration. When Clemson wins at VT they look stupid by having thousands of fans to show up when they could lose multiple games left on their schedule. If/When we have the East clinched then I think it would be ok to show up and celebrate. We need to celebrate championships, not just a win.

If I wasn't overseas I would! If Carolina wins this Saturday it is going to be crazy on here!
On the flip-side if Carolina loses it will also be crazy on here...for different reasons though.
GO COCKS! BBQ THOSE HOGS!

The OP isn't saying we should hold a parade for the team, he is saying fans should show up at the airport after the team comes back from this road trip. Once we beat Arkie, they will deserve a hero's welcome at the airport for going 3-0. What a great way to show the team support heading into the showdown with UF in Columbia.

The administration ALWAYS asks fans NOT to go to the airport, but rather meet the team at the stadium.
But lets win first. No?

Lets just win the game first. We will have plenty of time to plan after the game is over. They will have a long flight back
