No signs....but they came over today and looked around a lot. Found a hole in the neighbors garage that looks like something big passed through it, not teeth marks around the hole, so looks like this big SOB forced his way through the hole ( lots of innuendo there). They cant check that building though, cause neighbor is out of town.

They are gonna catch some mice, and put them in squirrel cages, and set up a camera and see if this guy comes back around. Atleast give them an Idea if the snake is still in the area.

I will have to say that from the 1st pic that snake looked boa-like. After watching the vids and such, it doesn't look quite so large. The pic with AC's arm by the tree gives a better perspective. Still a very large snake for this area. I'm no snake expert, I guess it could be a rat snake of some type. But irregardless, that's a big a$$ rat snake.

Nah, its not still alive. The movement is normal, such as a chicken still running around after its head is cut off. However, if it is a venomous snake, the poison is still a danger. That's why you should bury a snakes head if you decapitate it. If somebody happens to step on it, or pick it up , the poison is still bad news.

I want to say a few things here.

First: I want to say thanks specifically to Spurticus for his expertise, Cocklover for getting my pictures to CT, Espn4lyfe for putting me in touch with the right people and of all, to CT in general for sticking by me when the so called professionals tried to make me look like a pansy ass scared bitch who panics at the sight of anything over 6 feet in lengh.

Second: I want to say thanks to Hog, Spareparts and a multitude of others for bringing Levity to an otherwise pretty sensationalized situation.

And Third: hats off to WIS. They actually made this all happen.

If snake shows up again, atleast I have the right numbers. Night CT.

Levity??? Apparently you needed a REAL peta protest to see that the exploiting of innocent creatures for personal publicity is not a game. These are living things, with feelings. They hurt too. My role in this was just to increase public awareness of the feelings, moods, and emotional needs of the snake. People have forgotten him, in all this commotion. And now that his life is returning to normal, wherever his new habitat may be, he can live a happy, healthy life of harmonious coexistence with the Earth, harvesting locally-grown organic artisan protein-enriched foods and maintaining an Earth-sensitive, sustainable and renewable lifestyle.

photomotrics. The guy is talking out of his ass.

All you have to do is look at the shed right next to the tree. I bet the top of the door on that shed is at least 6' high. The snake, on the tree right beside it, is doubled up on that length. Which makes it 12 feet. Plus a good part of that snake is at least 3 more feet higher. Which gives you a total of 15' easy.
