It says to use 3 steaks, but in the instructions they only put two in the sandwich. I don't think it would cost $50, and you could probably feed like 3 or 4 people with it.

oh yea... it all depends on whats cuts u were to add. 3 or 4? that "sandwich" is a brick shit in disguise. all that weight needed to compact it? lol insane. one day ill make it. im curious to how long i could eat off of it. over/under 4 months

We use to make something similar to this for tailgates. Instead of the 3 8oz rib eye cuts. We would get 1 16-20oz cut. Then we would slice them down to about 1/4 of an inch thick. Only in the SOUTH will you see a cheese steak with swizz or provolone cheese. I don't understand it.
We cook the steak Very Similar to how these are made.

So good. If you don't slice the steak, it will be tough and really hard to eat.

I had one of the best cheesteaks after moving down to Tampa...Westshore Pizza makes one hell of a philly! The cheese and steak is just all melted together in one concoction of awesomeness.

Dayum! Pat's is the best imo. The "whiz wit" for me every time. That's about the only time I don't have provolone on a steak sandwich.

The sandwich on the left from Pat's has provolone. You can get provolone at Geno's too. Ever tried Cosmi's or Tony Luke's?

I love Tony Lukes. I am not a fan of Geno's.
Provolone was added to there steak sandwiches a few years ago. They ran a story in the philly.com about less calories. The entire article was bs.
