I dont know if yall have ever seen it, but when everything just goes to shit after a play I mean when he really knows that they are in trouble, he puts his hands on the back of his neck and makes this gosh awful face...haha its classic

Spurrier intimidates Fulmer. Just look at that picture. It says a 1,000 words. Look how uncomfortable Phil looks standing next to Steve. His arms are crossed, he's looking at something going on in the background, meanwhile Steve is calm.
