Im pretty sure we had this same competition last year at about this time. I want to get submissions for the competition for about the next week. Chuck if you could sticky this for me I would appreciate it.
We will have a minimum of 2 rounds. I am look for atleast 10 submissions, and the more we have the more rounds of voting we will have. The voting will go as such. Once I have the submissions, based on the assumption of a minimum of ten submissions, we will have two rounds wherein, you will vote for your favorite three videos.....Assuming there will some difference in everyone's opinion on what there favorite is, once the vote has been held for 5 to 7 days the top five (again assuming we reach the minimum submissions)will move on to a second round of voting wherein the winner will be decided. In the event that round 1 voting proves inconclusive as to who the top five video's are, I will default to the moderators, as to there choices (favorites) to fill out the 2 remaining spots in the top 5. As such I am asking these moderators to exclude themselves from the first round of voting, in preparation for the possibility of a runoff vote. After we have narrowed down the top 5, moderators feel free to vote as much as you like and the rules allow.

I am also going to ask that if you do submit a video to vote only once in each round. I know this may seem unfair, but I do want to give some of the more amateur video makers (no offense) at least some kind of a fighting chance. Now to those who do not submit a video, feel free to vote once per day for the duration of each round.
I will take submissions for the next 5 days.......Submit Your Videos As Soon as Possiblee. The Submission Deadline is December 15th (State Side).
