1984 Song

When I was a kid, I remember there being a song after the '84 season called "Next Year is Finally Here". It was a funny little song that was just about the magic of that season. So, my questions are.....1) Does anyone have any idea what the hell I'm talking about? 2) Does anyone happen to own this record? 3) Is there any way to post it as an MP3? Any help would really be appreciated.

I think I have it on a video that I could rip down the audio from, but I will have to check it after the holiday as it is at my place in Charlotte. Was it also on the picture album they put out in 1980?

I don't have a copy of it but if I remember right it was written by Ladd Fletcher, a reserve receiver on the '84 team who played several musical instruments.
