Athens: Best place to park/tailgate with fellow Gamecocks?

Where are the Gamecock fans going to be parking and/or tailgating before the UGA game. We'll be there, and want to be in a friendly crowd, if possible.

the best place i found...well we didnt park we took a cab from the hotel...but right b 4 you enter the stadium on the east side theres a huge parking lot...that was filled with fellow gamecocks...but beware Georgia fans are dicks

we need to get a cockytalk tailgate'n thing going down there. i know if would be an official one but we could make something up. me and 3 of my buddies are going down there and would love to hang out with the fellow gamecocks nation. what do you guys think, i think we should do it. who has been down there before and knows where to park.

Thats the thing Kcnashmb......the last time I've been to Athens was 4 years ago and then they had a Gamecock parking section already set up but they are not doing that this year. We need to find someone who has been there recently and knows there way around. I'm staying in the days inn in commerce and would be down for everyone meeting somewhere and driving into the stadium together. I just dunno which way is best.
