well it looks like more people are wanting to postpone again than are wanting to gut it out ... so we'll wait again ... so are we wanting to set a date ... shoot for spring game weekend ... or just go week by week

personally i think that the better the weather the more people that will want to show up and play, possibly aim for a later date, maybe few weeks from now, maybe the spring game.

well one option would be to rent a field at the plex? everybody toss in like 5 bucks and it more than cover it for a few hours.....??? its indoors they have drinks and they might even supply some refs?

the only problem with the plex is ... i'm NOT forking out all my money to play if others don't show up ... if we have 30 people say they're coming ... but only 10 do ... i'm not paying that ... if we had enough saying they're 100% i'd concider it ... but i'm sure the hell not gettin stiffed with paying for it

There are 3 or 4 fields we could use over by Owens Field Airport, on the south side of Rosewood. Most of them are used and lined for soccer, but they are free, one of them has a fieldgoal as well (know we wont be using this in the game, just throwing it out there)

I think we can get the best turnout for the day after the spring game. The weather shouldnt be as cold as it is now and many of us will be at the game. Plus we will all be in good moods after we win......haha

ok so canceling the game ... nobody is talkin about it anymore ... so i'm not going to spend my time and worry about it

I was wondering if the game was still on although I doubt I'd be able to play anyway. Had surgery 10 days ago to repair a ruptured distal bicep tendon on my right arm. Recovery is going pretty well but can't use the right arm for much of anything at this time. Still might try to come to the spring game just to fellowship.
