i've been asked time and time again when we were going to play again ... although the last time we tried it just died out ... i will however go ahead and mention that i am working on something special for this one ... trust me ... if it all works out ... it'll be a GREAT day (in which we will win ... AGAIN) ... so lets get some talk going on about it ... i would like to have a cook out and other things so we'll have more people come out ... than just those playing ... lets turn this into a meet and greet for the whole board not just guys out there playing

I'll bring two or three guys with me. I bought my football at Wal-Mart. It's a Wilson NFL football and costs about $13.00 - $14.00 which is a steal considering the grip and durability. The college footballs at Wal-Mart were more expensive and didn't seem to be as well made.

you're not allowed to bull rush anyone ... the defense is SUPPOSED to avoid contact ... we didn't really establish that this year ... but we'll tighten it up some this year

as for blocking ... we dont' do the arms behind your back gig ... you can put your elbows out ... but can't extend your arms

ok guys heres the deal. whenever we get the day straight, im gonna reserve the Blatt field or one of the new fields at strom. That said, intramurals will starting on the fields at the beginning of Feb. Im not sure of the club sports schedules though. Saturday is probably the best days to play as there are no intramural games on these days. Keep me informed of when is good for everyone and then Ill call my old boss to get us a field.
