once a week to talk Gamecock football?

I had a crew about 6-7 years ago that met on Thursdays and we had a blast.

Lots of possible locations.

That sounds great to me - I live around the corner but work off of Haywood. Still only a 10 minute drive - and your place is certainly "most accomodating" to Gamecocks.

That sounds like a really great idea. Rendezvous on Friday nights (and Saturdays for games I'm not able to attend) is a great spot.

I live in Taylors and work 3-11 mon-fri, only time I have is weekends, maybe we can watch a game together, like vandy at Chiefs Wings? Games that arent on TV i usually go there to watch

Fridays are very iffy for me due to my work schedule. But anytime I don't have to work or get off at noon, I'm up for it. It's always good to talk a little football and meet other USC fans.

You would be correct. Head away from Restaurant Row (I'm not sure if that's the road; we just called it that in high school). Rendesvouz is near a Burger King, Waffle House, and Best Western.

No problem. I grew up not far from Pelham Rd. so I know it pretty well. By the way, if you keep going until you see Hwy. 14 or a subdivision called Pelham Falls, you've gone way too far. Turn around. After you get off the highway and turn right, RC is on your left.

correct ... one you turn right ... you'll see these three ... it's on the other side of BK at the red light ... you can turn into the parking lot before the light ... or turn left at the light ... opposite side of the road is the fire department

Great idea guys...Thursday or Friday at Tom's would be great. I got a guy here who says that years ago a group of gamecock fans would do this and he is trying to get it started back up since moving back up here from Columbia. I'll forward this to him. Meeting some of you at the last cockytalk get together at Rendezvous was great. Lets do it!

The pre-seaon CockyTalk get together was awesome. I had a blast. The mid-season get together to watch the UNC game should be fun too. I'm still waiting on people to return phone calls as to whether we will be there or not.

Was curious, Is beer served at rendezvous on Sunday? I know alot of places in greenville county are not allowed. I will be there anyways but I love beer at gametime.
