College Hoops 2k8 or March Maddness 2008

I dont know which too buy. The only reason i'm somewhat leaning towards college hoops because it releases on Nov 19 while March Madness releases on Dec 18. By the way this would be for xbox 360

I used to get March Madness but have been getting College Hoops for the last 3 years and really enjoy them so I would recommend them. However, I don't know if either has new features this year that would lead to on being better other than gameplay.
