Does anyone know where to go (online or in the real world) to get student basketball tickets?

There's a student entrance at the Colonial Center. if you're standing at the fountain out front, look to your right. There are two entrances to your right, go to the one with the long sidewalk leading up to it. There will be an old man sitting at a table. Show him your student ID and he will give you a student ticket. Enjoy!

There are Citadel, Southern Cal, and Campbell tickets in the Russell House today (the same room where you pick up football tickets). The past two years I've been here, we've been able to pick up tickets like we do for football but were always able to get in the game with just our CarolinaCard on the day of the game (except for maybe Florida or Kentucky). I'm not sure how things are going to work when we switch to the online system though.

Yeah they are giving out tickets today at the RH.

The new online system is suppose to start in January for SEC play.

Look in The Gamecock paper or online, there is an online way to do it and you can print out the tickets.

Please do go to all the games and have a good time. It is one of my favorite things from when I was in school back in the Reagan era.

i agree. it really is dumb... you can just show up at the CC without a ticket and get in -- show your ID to the guys and they'll give you a ticket (at the student entrance).

i dont' see why we are waiting til Jan to implement the system...you'd think we'd go ahead and get the kinks out in the non-conference schedule...but oh well

well from what i can tell the tickets they gave out at RH today were the last ones they will actually distrubute, in the Daily Gamecock today there was an ad for the next online system and it says it starts on December 3rd

New system started today..You have to request tickets and then you'll get an email on Wednesday whether or not you got one.

I went there and they only have the SEC games. What about all the games over Christmas break like Baylor and such?

If I recall seeing it correctly we can pick those tickets up on dec. 11 and 12th in the normal spot. The only reason I can think that they did the tennessee game so early was since it is when break is ending and for testing out the system.
