This is a huge game for the basketball program and the CC NEEDS TO BE PACKED! If we can fill up Williams Brice, there's no reason we can't fill a much smaller Colonial Center. We have a much improved team this year and the fans need to show a lot of support. The attendance at the first two games was pretty weak. I LOVE that we won that game against the (fake) USC last year... that was their FIRST GAME in their brand new facility, and we went in there and whooped that ass. They're advertising it as the 'Game for the Name' so make sure you're out there supporting your Gamecock Basketball team!!! I'll be there!

I agree that it should be a very competitive game. This saturday we will really get to see how good we actually are. Hopefully these first two blowout wins mean that we're headed for a great surprise season, and a win against the Trojans should solidify that. GO USC!!

Normally we're pretty good about getting there early enough to be in the front row of the student section, but sometimes we end up with a couple of stragglers and lose our good seats, lol.

Me and one of my buddies have extra rooting interest in this game because we're both originally from southern California and would love to see Carolina lay a beatdown on the Trojans in person :thumbsup:

I know from working for a sports team that you always announce how many tickets are sold. That number is rarely the number of people actualy in the building, and you always announce on the high side.

So Cal is a one point favorite according to Vegas. OJ Mayo is one of the top college players in the nation facing Devan Downey who he says is the toughest guard he has ever faced. If that does not get you excited I do not know what would. If I lived in Columbia rather than Atlanta I would go. If I was a student no doubt I would be there as I was during the Roche Ownens era who I graduated with. I will be watching on CSS here in Atlanta and rooting hard. I could be wrong, but as far as I know they won't sell lower level seats for basketball games - those are all kept for Gamecock Club members. The only tickets that will be sold at the Colonial Center are upper deck tickets, which I believe will be 12.
