rivals just released there SEC all freshmen teams.

USC - 3
CU- 0

We had six on the sporting news all sec freshmen team. I dont know how many clemson had. Just saying that in a two years we will start our dominance over them. We all need to keep positive and just remember that our good times are ahead of us, while clemson probably will have there best them in history this past year and next year, after that davis and spiller will be gone along with there althletic linebackers and great oline. This is not a flame to clemson just saying that i feel as if we have superior talent coming in and i feel this will be another strong class. I may be wrong here what do you guys think?

We've had more talent than Clemson several years but it has never panned out on the scoreboard.

Clemson will continue their run of 3+ game win streaks until we can find a way to get as fired up as they do for the game, and when we can find a way to break that damn curse.

The talent gap is not nearly as big now as it used to be. Plus, with Spurrier it will always be close. The thing about Clemson is that they seem to take this rivalry way more seriously than we do. Last year, the night before the game, they had the lights on at the football stadium, baseball stadium, and everywhere else near the stadium. Also, the scoreboards at the football stadium, and the baseball stadium were flashing, "Beat Carolina." They put way more into this rivalry than we do, and it always seem to show. They have dominated us throughout this series, and that is in the back of everyone's head when they play. We just can't seem to get over that mental hurdle and beat them on a regular basis, even if we have had more talent. Hopefully this will change soon.

Clemson has been getting better talent from SC and Fl. I think we are greatly improving but most do it on a regular basis. We need to have a recruiting class in the top twenty every year. Top ten atleast every four years and then we will see more Ws vs Clemsux.

We won't be beating the taters regularly until we can find coaches and players who can make a first down when we have the lead with a couple of minutes to go in a game.

This myth that Clemson has this big talent gap on us is a joke. The ONLY place they had better personnel than us was at the running back position. The rest of the field was at least equal.

Clemson has way more EXPERIENCED talent that we do. Have for about 5 years now. But look at the scoreboard from the last 3 games. 13-9 Clem. 31-28 USC, 23-21 Clem. We have already closed the gap on the field. More experience will lead to (no blocked punts) no (Turnovers) no (personal Fouls), things like those witch loose games for you. USC is on the upswing big time and it will reflect on the scoreboard soon enough

You love me don't you....

Name me the years we didn't? How many years are we going to go back...I am talking the whole rivalry..not just the last 7 or so. So what years have we owned Clemson...did we not have more talent on the field this year? I for one think we did, especially on offense.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the reason Clemson doesn't have anyone on the list because they have not had to resort to using their freshman.

Clemson played 4 good teams this year and lost to 3 of them and should have lost to the 4th (us) except for inept special teams play and the stupid 3 rush scheme on the final drive. We played 7 good teams and lost to 5 of them plus Vandy. They schedule better than they play, believe me. A good quarterback and we are 10 -2 or better this year even with some defensive letdowns.
