i never felt so down and disappointed as i did walking out of the stadium after the vanderbilt game, god that was just a horrible feeling. I knew then that our season was about to get ugly.

I honestly can't wait for the 7th to come and go, so we can let this season go. After the MNC it will switch quickly to recruiting and spring ball which is a good thing for us this season. I usually regret the day when the last game is played, but not this year. :(

Also, i look at the kansas coach, this was his 6th year and look what he finally did, and yes i don't want to wait another 2 or 3 years, but you never know, i do look for better things this year though.

I am almost immune to disappointments as a USC fan...The good news is that I am not immune to winning so win we beat UGA or TN or FL or even Clemson, I act like its a BCS win and drink my face off!!

I would have to say ND was the runner-up on the list...They were fun to watch...They were so bad it was fun to see Charlie walking the sidelines and just shaking his head in disgust...It was also fun seeing Clausen getting tossed like a rag doll after all the hype I heard about him...

Beat #8 Kentucky at home on National television and did it with a bunch of underclassmen, inconsistent QB play and a mountain of injuries. All while playing the in SEC...well I'd say this season was def. not a disapointment and a sign that amazing things are about to happen here!

Hmmm, glass half full........I like it.

Yea, it was a very disapointing season but I do believe that next year things will be a whole lot better. Two new coaches, Jasper and Kenney comming back, a defensive secondary that should be one of the best in the country, and most of all a motivated HBC that will get this offense moving in the right direction.

Go Cocks! when he gets those quality guys then expect that. until then we take lumps. you cant begin to compare last years team with the UF teams of old. kinda like expecting a honda to beat a porshe in a race.

If you look at what Spurrier said at the begining of the season about contending, then going 6-1, all signs pointed that Spurrier was a genious, then losing the last 5, I would say, yes it was a dissappointment.

But, its OVER already. Let's not keeping bringing it up, or have a "what could have been" thread.
