3rd Annual CockyTalk Spring Game Tailgate

can't wait to get another one rolling this year ... it'll be a LOT different than last year ... we're going to push to try to get something a little more concrete ... before that day ... it'll still be hard due to the way the parking works ... but we'll see what we can work out ... we'll also work on getting a flag or banner made to help everyone locate us ... i'll start another thread a little later for people to help out (cooking and bringing items)

i personally would go with www.spreadshirt.com (http://www.spreadshirt.com), they have options for better quality printing. they might be a TAD more expensive than cafepress, but only by a buck or so at most...and maybe not even any more, depending on what you set the profit margin of your shits at. cafepress just makes junk that is destroyed after a few washes and looks like crap...something you could damn near create in your own home with an iron.

Here's a suggestion. Think about the gas station on Bluff Rd near Budwieser. He did charge $10 for parking last year but he's open about 7am and you can save as many spots as you want. Those that don't want to pay can park along the street free. Here's a map

Have paper products.

Have everyone bring something to throw on the grill (for themselves) and something to share.

I coach both of my kids' softball teams, and it'll depend on how the schedule works out for me. i will say that there will be more parking because the Shakespeare fishing sale is going to be the weekend before the Spring Game this year instead of same day...I was usually there and done by 8:30 or 9 with all my buddies waiting on the Spring Game crowds to arrive in the fairgrounds.

i will probably just be stopping by and maybe back and forth depending on the location. i had the absolute best location last year. the very front row nearest the stadium in the fairgrounds, RIGHT where the pedestrian crosswalk is. it was so good of a spot that some web site set up a "SEC's Hottest Women" photo shoot at my spot for all the beautiful women to get snapped and put online.

anyhow, i will be there...bringing my incredibly chiseled features and my girl on my side. i challenge anyone to a game of "Survivor Flip Cup". you will go down.
