That's a good article. I agree that the bullpen is cause for concern. If we would have had a bullpen last year, we could have won the whole thing. We jumped out to huge leads in the two Super Regional games we lost to UNC and let them come back because of shotty pitching.

the thing that kills us (and please wait before i get jumped on) ... is our recruiting ... we have TOO GOOD of recruiting classes ... we've had the #1 or #2 recruiting class for 5 years in a row ... but that's just commits ... a lot of our HUGE recruits end up signing with the pros and never step foot on The Sarge ... the last 2 years we've had some of the nations top pitchers commit to USC ... but ended up going pro

Well we are one of the nation's premiere programs. I just wish college baseball was a little bigger on the radar when it comes to college sports. It's the one sport we're a consistent winner at, yet baseball is way overshadowed by football and basketball on the national level. Baseball takes a backseat until basketball is over.
