Sacramento gets:
Nene
Linas Kleiza
Edguardo Najera
JR Smith
2nd round draft pick
Denver gets:
Mike Bibby
Ron Artest
The owner of the Nuggets says he will pay the full luxury tax to get this deal done.
This trade should not happen because the Nuggets bench would be depleted..They would also have to move Kenyon Martin to the bench but their starting 5 would be:
Bibby
Iverson
Artest
Anthony
Camby
Pretty sick starting 5...but the chemistry would suck..I think the whole Western Conference is shaken by the Pau Gasol trade.

I think you're right. I wouldnt be suprised if there are numerous trades before the deadline this year.
It would be a good starting 5 and with Martin off the bench they would be hard to stop. I don't think chemistry would be a problem for too long.

Yep. When you're winning, everything takes care of itself. Plus that starting 5 is gettng up there in yrs and non havea title. I bet they would be willing to put ego aside to accomplish the common goal of a title.

That would be an understatement! If I were Sacramento....I'd get this done as soon as possible....they would be getting some solid players with their heads on straight, plus a pick. Not bad.

I don't see anthony or artest playing the 4. That would be a really small line up.

I could see Artest playing the 4 defensively with his skills and physical play...on offense it wouldn't matter.

Not to mention they have Camby on the help with his defensive presence.

It would suck for J.R. Smith, just another 6'6, 6'7 scorer, but they could use a bruiser like Nene, Najera, and Kleiza. I think Smith is a free agent after this year anyway. I think he could be a great player if he would rebound and pass. He is a freak athlete and a good shooter, decent defender. I can see him getting some solid money in free agency and starting somewhere. I want Houston or New Orleans to get him badly though, probably New Orleans so he could start.
