Cockytalk Nascar Contest 2008

Here are the rules:

The CockyTalk Nascar Contest will be divided into 2 segments. (18 races per segment.)
Segment 2 will begin with Chicagoland (7-12-08) and will end in Homestead (11-16-08).
Members will choose 1 driver for each race. Once you choose a driver you cannot use him again in Segment 1. (You will have 18 different drivers)
Points will be assigned by the position your driver finished. At the end of Segment 1 (Cup Races 1-18), the least total number of points will be the winner.
CockyTalk members in the contest must post a driver before we close the posting each week. If you fail to post then you will be given a score of 44.
If we have a tie at the end of Segment 1 the winner will be decided by most 1st place finishes. If a tie still remains, then most 2nd place finishes will be used and so forth until the tie is broken.
Post your drivers full name. We have 2 Busch's and 2 Gordon's!
New rule: (California rule) If by chance the site goes down you will need to Email either me, Cuck Flemson or Spurticus with your pick before the green flag drops:
In this segment: Anyone Disqualifying more than once for not choosing a driver will be dropped from the contest (Segment 2 also). I will try to post a Preliminary list at the end of each race this segment to let everyone know how they did for that race. . . this will be Unofficial until NASCAR makes the race results Official. That list will be posted in the Standings Thread. This will also be our official standings totals.
