Anyone see that on ESPN earlier?
I think it was Floyd who was in the stands (watching) and he got it the ring and punched the Giant in the face ... it was a real lick ... and then hauled ass. The giant chased him ... pretty crazy. I know wrestling is fake, but he looked to really hit the guy ..
sorry if its posted - i couldnt find it

These guys are paid to take pain. Part of wrestling. I'm sure he didn't mean to break a nose, but I'm sure he meant to punch him.

If he f-s up his hand punching a dude barehanded on the skull then he could ruin his career ... thats what gets me.
Plus, look how fast he gets out of the ring ... then look at how the Giant shoves the dude in the yellow hoodie. He tossed him like a ragdoll into the fans

I find the whole thing pretty funny and would also like to throw this out there that Floyd Mayweather may be the best boxer pound for pound in the history of boxing.

He may be.
Would have loved to see Sugar Ray in his prime against Floyd or maybe Hearns and Hagler as well. Then again in his prime Roberto Duran was great too.
The punch that broke his nose had to be the little left hook at the end. It caught him leaning into it. Hilarious.

I think he is. He's an absolute artist in the ring.
Ga,
As far as risking breaking his hand, he breaks his hand in almost every boxing match he fights. He goes through some sort of therapy for it, that is supposed to strengthen his bones and allows him to keep fighting. Plus, he has stated several times that he's going to retire from boxing and try his hand (no pun intended) in something else. First it was MMA, but now I guess it is fake ass wrestling.

Mayweather greatest boxer ever... haha. Aint even close. The only thing he's the best at is beatin da gums. He is very talented, great track star maybe. I don't find his matches very entertaining. I give the man credit is is good but the best ever...i just don't see it.

Greatest boxer or not Big Show would KILL HIM if the fought for real. Hard to knock someone out if you can't reach their chest! Mayweather is tiny compared to most boxers much less a 7' 400lb wrestler. IF he made the mistake of screwing up and breaking Big Show's nose for real and then piss him off..... Big Show may accidentally break something a little more precious and a man that big could do it very easily. His hand is big enough to palm Mayweather's head, and he is strong enough to pick him straight up with it. One swift blow downwards could break his neck. Hell he could just wrap his hand around his neck and throw him about 50 feet.

Mayweather may be a great boxer and have fast hands, but he will have his hands full with the Show. If you watch the challeng video then you'll see Mayweather's face when he's in the wring with big show. He knows the truth that if he wanted Big Show could just choke slam him. Who cares though cuz if either of these guys were in the cage they'd get destroyed.

I'm not saying he is the most entertaining boxer to watch because he definitely isn't. Being entertaining and being the best are two different things. His speed is amazing and his power is good for his weight. Remember I'm not talking about entertainment I'm talking about pure skill and talent.

that is going to be weird. your going to have some guy trying to box a guy twice his size and then you will have the big show stomping on him, or trying to catch him. this is not going to be very entertaining. but i might watch

Do we think his nose is broken because WWE told us so, or is there some sort of "credible source"?

it really looked like the big show wanted to get him for a second. I would have flipped and snapped him in half

What else does he have to do?? There's ALWAYS going to be some up and comer that people will be saying "oh if he's the best then why doesn't he fight so and so" I think he's doing the thing by getting out now. And now he can go have fun playing around with these WWE clowns.

The Big Show is Andre the Giant Lite...meaning that he could only break half the bones in Mayweather's body instead of all of them.

This is a throwback to the early days of Wrestlemania. I can't remember if it was I, II, or III when Mr. T boxed Rowdy Roddy Piper.
