seeing Woffordcock's Flash thread reminded me of this.
Superman was taking a leisurely flight over Earth, when all of sudden he sees Wonder Woman friggin' herself. Superman thinks to himself, "I could just drop in and do my thing and be gone before she knew what hit her".
So after a minute of watching her, Superman decides to 'drop in'. He takes aim, does his thang, and his gone in the blink of an eye.
Wonder Woman jerks in surprise and says "what the hell was that?!"
