Why doesn't the university have a sport magazine?

I was walking around looking in the Books A Million in Florence the other day and I got to the sports magazine section and I see all these school magazines including clemsux. It hits me, I know we have the spurs and feathers paper type thing but why doesn't the school have a sports magazine? I know alot of people that would subscribe to it, and I know a lot on here would. I just wondered if anyone had heard if it has ever came up and been shot down or what. It just seems sucky that we don't and all these other schools do.

I remember we did have one for a while. I do remember it was not made well, so maybe it went under. Maybe they should see what makes the other universities magazines so popular and make that happen in our own

You can get Gamecock Illustrated, which I think is an offset of Gamecock Central, but that's the only one I know of and it's usually a little outdated. However, it does have good quotes and interview pieces in it.

It takes a lot of money to run a magazine. You have to have a full time staff selling advertising...not to mention the costs of printing and distribution.

Trust me...if Hyman could make a buck, it would be done.
