Eric Norwood, Emmanuel Cook and Captain Munnerlyn were named to preseason watch lists.

Eric Norwood was named to the watch list for the Ted Hendricks Defensive End of the Year award, which is given in honor of college football's first three-time first-team All-American.

Cook and Munnerlyn were named to the watch list for the Jim Thorpe Award, which honors the nation's best defensive back.
