I'm guessing it must be another threat of bad weather this afternoon.

I was surprised they even scheduled it for 3:00p.m. today to begin with due to the heat.

I think the threat of severe weather will be later than earlier, oh well it would have been awful hot at 3:00. My excuse not to cut the grass is gone!

You shouldn't be cutting the grass at this time anyway. We set a record down here in the lowcountry yesterday for heat. My buddy had a heat stroke two days ago. 25 yr old on top of his game, and this heat still kicked his butt. It's probably smart for us not to scrm. at 3pm.

Oh I agree it is too hot scrimmage and cut grass but if I could have went to the scrimmage I could have killed time and not got home in time to cut it this afternoon! I hope that your friend recovers fully and will be in my prayers!

Good decision I am in Atlanta and we now are experiencing thunder and lightning presently.
