I know everyone is kind of down because practices are now closed but I am thankful. I have lost too much sleep waiting for Spurticus' and others practices reports. Thanks to Spurticus, it will take the better part of a week for me to get through the no practice report withdrawl. He is the pusher man of Gamecock Practice news and now has a number of people trying to shake that monkey off thier back.
The good part of all this is that we are less than three weeks away from Thursday night USC football.:woo:

Hey Don I know you had $120 billion in vcash and I had 80 billion in vcash. Spurticus gets you hooked and next thing you wake up with no vcash. I just hope we earn enough in vcash this year to pay for next years reports. Come on Spurticus I need some more reports use your imagination give me a taste. Don wants to go on the wagon he has not even made a vcash bet yet this year. Just call me a happy addict who has found cocky poker and cocky blackjack and cocky roulette are on the way.

I am glad they are being closed too. I love attending the practices and reading practice reports but I am ready for them to get serious.

Question for any of you who have attended any practices lately....
I wonder sometime how "closed" our practices can actually be. Since the practice field is surrounded by buildings, if someone really put forth a little effort, couldn't a closed practice be viewed from a building top or window?
I'm not trying to start some kind of lame conspiracy theory crap, I'm just curious. Our friends in the upstate have the "luxery" of not having civilization nor indoor plumbing within 20 miles, so it probably wouldn't be that big of a concern for some schools.
I worry that film or photos could be taken of formations during the closed practices....but I haven't been back there in a while, so I'm not super familiar with the landscape there now. I know some condos were put up.
Anybody have any insight?

I'm really scared to ask because I spend to much time now on the internet, but what is this vcash you guys are always referring to? Is there some fun out there I'm missing on? Any chance on converting to real dollars because I'm broke as all get out!

i wish college was more like the nfl...those suckers are all open. just because they are open doesnt mean they dont get serious. it is all point of view..there are a few reasons why nfl practices are open..it is proffesional not amateur, by rule they have to run the same exact offenses and defenses so there is really nothing gimmicky to hide, and the teams are constantly practicing against each other anyway..sorta like if we were allowed to actually scrimmage uga and alabama in the summer.

I am sorry the internet is mainly for amusement purposes only. Those who do try to bet on real internet gambling games mainly get broker than they were. If you choose to bet your 500 vcash at cocky poker or on football games you may find some amusement and find yourself richer than those who gamble for real and find out few actually win at it.

You think NFL practices are open? Try to get into the Panthers stadium 2 weeks before the season starts. What rule says they have to run the same offense and defense in the NFL? If this is the case then what would it matter if New England taped some practices? LOL

Heard this afternoon there was a scrimmage planned for 4:15 on Saturday. Not sure about it being open to public though.
