Woodland? Only games that our opponents are better on paper are Timberland and Hanahan. Hanahan has an ass-whooping coming and Timberland hasn't prepared for our spread offense.

Blythewood (my daughters school) lost like 20 something seniors if not more, so a very young team, i don't see them having a winning record this year. The fans out there though remind me a lot of carolina fans, very loyal and devoted, always a sell out. We'll see how it goes. I'll be at the first game Friday night against Fairfield Central.

I'm hoping for another undefeated season for the Byrnes Rebels, but as long as it ends with another state title, I'll be happy. IMO, the biggest roadblocks for an undefeated season are North Gwinnett, Pahokee, Gaffney, and Dorman.

It is going to be a tuff year for the columbia schools like ridge view, spring valley, blythwood, and rne, if we could combine all 4 schools into one it would be impressive, the problem is the talent is to spread out now especailly since blythwood has lost all of their seniors. I think RNE will be the best team in that general area this year.

For the school I coach Hilton Head High, it's hard to say, because I don't know the Lower State Teams very well. At any rate, we've got tons of talent, so I'm thinkin 8-2 regular season. Maybe my two teams play in the state title game!!

It's hard to say with Dorman, I don't think anyone will beat Byrnes this year. I'll say 9-2 will know more next week with Greenwood coming to Roebuck.

The Wolves are already 3-0 and have only given up 8 points (all to Woodland) on the season. This is shaping up to be a great year out in the woods of Berkeley Co.
