Folks, my Samsung Blackjack is crapping out on me slowly but surely. I've had the phone for about a year and a half so I'm not under warranty and I don't have insurance on it. I've pretty much given up on AT&T helping me get it fixed and accepted the fact that I'm going to have to buy a new (new to me, but used) phone.

I've got some friends that buy all their phone from Ebay and have never had a problem so I'm looking into it there (found some really good deals, too).

My question is primarily for Blackberry or Treo users. I've had a Blackjack and really enjoyed the Smartphone style and QWERTY keyboard. Don't think I can go back to a regular phone. What type of phones do you guys have?

I'm looking at the Blackberry 8800 and the Palm Treo 750 but don't know much about each so any advice would help out a lot!! Doesn't have to be advice about those two phones specifically, I'm looking for anything at all to help!!

Thanks!!

I have a Treo 750w(Sprint) and my girlfriend has a Blackberry Curve(Verizon). I like my Treo much more.

I think the HTC Mogul is still the most powerful phone on the market (dual core 400mhz/133mhz) but it's Sprint only I believe.

Yea, my Dad has the Curve and I'm not crazy about it. I'm really curious as to the difference in the BB 8800 and the Curve. The 8800 looks like something I'd prefer.

If you have AT&T, go with the iPhone... I used to get a new phone every couple of months... and now I LOVE the iPhone! I got one when they first came out, and recently upgraded to the 16gig 3g. Only thing about the 3g is the battery doesn't last as long.
