Two questions i need help with!

alrighty folks, as ive said before. im not the most computer savvy, so any help would be awesome!

question A: is there anyway to save a video to your computer that is a Adobe Flash Player video?

and question B: any video's that you do save to your computer, is there a way to just use the audio of that video? like could i save the audio to like a MP3 format or something so i could put it on my ipod or something? i hope that makes sense.

Windows Movie Maker (which is already on windows xp and vista) can separate audio and video.. you will probably have to find a converter from flash to avi or wmv format for windows movie maker...
