Need assist with cell phone....

I just had a cell phone given to me...trac phone...I want to get the fight song and wallpaper put on...but it tells me I have to be hooked to the internet to get it. I am a dummy when it comes to the new thingies! Would someone please e mail me at gismo12002@yahoo.com so I can discuss some things with you. Like the wallpaper and ringtones and such for this phone. It is a trac phone-I had to get a pre paid card to add mins to phone. The phone is a motorola. I checked at a place online for a wallpaper and ringtone--got their mess.via the cell phone, but said I had to hook to the internet to get these things.
