Pretty sure Luke Skycocker told me Perry Orth would never crack the depth chart.

Or that Connor Shaw would never start over you know who.

Have to see what happens when guys play...Connor Shaw had bad practices...looked pretty good his last few games.

Brendan Nosovitch might be a gamer...

Does that mean Noso could be the running QB in certain situations or the running QB instead of Cooper?

Not necessarily, just because when Cooper goes to QB, it's the Wildcat formation, which sends the QB out to receiver. So we could have Cooper at QB and Noso at WR which could definitely lead to interesting play possibilities.

i've been saying it for a while now, and still think mitch is going to push dylan this season, and might even start a few games. i also expect noso to look a lot better by the fall.

I don't put too much stock into spring practice....you put some stock into the spring, but not much.
the only way to really see what Nosovitch can do is against a live rush and defenders trying to get the ball...we won't see anything close to that in the spring game..and then it is still controlled.

Right now he is fourth...a good practice could put him back at No. 2...just wait and see.

OTH, in the interview, Spurrier said Noso is probably going to be his "running quarterback." I think that translates into some PT for Noso. He is superior in that skill, and would be effective with our OL especially near the goal.

This is the way I took it.

Someone asked him about releasing a "weekly depth chart at QB". So I'd expect if Noso had a better week throwing next week he could jump back in the mix.
