Road to Glory Thread
I started a QB, won all 4 games of the high school playoffs, became a 5 star, and then signed on a starter for Carolina. beat NC state like 29-3, playing Georgia now, and having a little bit of trouble with them. hardly any receivers are getting open and the ball keeps getting tapped at the line.

Re: Road to Glory Thread
I lost 3 games last season (including the Fiesta Bowl against Penn State) as QB at East Carolina because of poor play by my D...

well i finally got in the groove. but my running back fumbled and the returned it for a td. lost 38-28 |
Re: Road to Glory Thread
dang, that's a hard way to loss. But seriously when you play Ole Miss run as much as time off the clock between plays while driving down the field.

Re: Road to Glory Thread
road to glory games are harder now.
|
Re: Road to Glory Thread
yeah they are. used to be extremely easy. now its really really hard. gotta get used to it
|
Re: Road to Glory Thread
But thats a good thing
|
Re: Road to Glory Thread
yeah it is. it used to be way too easy. i have never lost a campus legend game before this year.

Re: Road to Glory Thread
i took a 5 star power running back to Miami, tha U, and i started off 5th string but after two games, which they won thank God, i was the starter and my first start was against Oklahoma but i won, so far its going really good
i had a 5 star speed running back on Mich. St. but after a season i quit b/c my q/b was so bad......i was 2nd in the maxwell(i think thats it-best O player) and i won the best RB award as a true freshman, i had like 1300 yrds rushing and 1100 yrds recieving, but i ended 5-7 and was too frustrated to go on, i wanted to go to a more run based school so i started the power RB one |
Re: Road to Glory Thread
i started one last night ... it changed my face from the one i selected ... and there's no where to edit your player while in HS ... ghey

Re: Road to Glory Thread
I was a 5 star recruit as a QB. 6ft 3in 235lbs. Won the SC State Championship. Started at Carolina right away. Finished the season 7-5 with a lose to Maryland in the Music City Bowl. Clemson was #1 and they lost to Oklahoma in the NC. Joe Hills won the Heisman is my campus legend though. The stupid thing is , is that I was named offensive player of the year, won the O'Brian and Maxwell Trophy. I had almost 5,000 yards passing 49 TD passes and I didnt rush that much so I had I think 2 rushing TD and like 40 yards rushing. Should have won Heisman!!! Well my Sophmore year Im pre-season 1st team All-American and a Heisman watch candidate.

Re: Road to Glory Thread
Does anyone know how the points work out in practise in RTG?
I started a 4 star QB, signed on at Boise St, but I'm 2nd string and can't get points in the team practise mode, or if I can it seems random |
Re: Road to Glory Thread
In practice every 10 yards gained gives 2 pts. TD gives 8 pts...broken tackles give...2 I think, dodged defenders give 1 I think.
Heisman difficulty all sliders at 100 (CPU and User) won 4 in HS playoffs recruited as 5 star started as 2nd team at UF, started season 3-0 then took over starting position, went 12-1 loss to LSU in double OT 34-33 bc I missed 2pt conversion. Beat LSU in the SECCG 17-10 chewed clock whole game  I won Davey O'Brian award, but got steamrolled in the Heisman polls finishing 4th with 35 combined votes :rotfl: (Colt McCoy won hesiman) Play SoCal tonight in BCS NC Game |
Re: Road to Glory Thread
Thanks, I wondered why I was only getting 2-3 points per rep.
150 points is almost insurmountable. Also why doesn't it dock points for negative yards/incomplete passes? |
