Thought this was a joke at first. The Ravens are idiots.

Flacco played out his rookie contract this past season for $6.76 million. Now, based on the $120.6 million deal, he will make an average of $168,908 each day of the regular season for the next six years.

Good for Flacco! He saw an opportunity and the Ravens caved. Joe has to be pretty ballsy to try for that figure but you never get what you don't ask for, right?

How is this moronic or laughable? Over the last 4 years he has the best record for a starting quarterback in the NFL. Not to mention his playoff record. Also, he has taken the Ravens to the playoffs every year he has been in the league.

168,000 a day is insane. Most people work 4-5 years to get to that number.

No one is worth that kind of money but if the owners keep giving it to them it will only keep going up. I think the Falcons are about to give Ryan a bunch of money too and he has no where near the credentials that Flacco has.

Anyone is worth whatever the market determines they're worth, even if ts more than a million.

They better hope he can continue that playoff form. Sometimes he just sucks flat out at least with Brees if your a fan you always think there is a chance watching Joe sometimes your like That D better pull this one out

If they had extended him before this year like they should have they would have gotten him cheaper. They wanted to wait thinking he would turn in an average year or regress. Dude won the super bowl and got em over a barrel. Pay him.
