Firth is pretty good talent. CU probably holds the upper hand in the SP matchup here although we'd have the bullpen edge. We need to prove we can hit a good pitcher. We beat Gossett (but had 1 run thru 6? and helped by errors), but couldn't hit their true freshman yesterday. We have to hit.

The guys didn't get in the Game yesterday until the last third or so of the game......

I suspect the crowd will be in the game BIG today, and hopefully our team will feed off the crowd!

Carolina will not be flat at the start today. Gamecocks should win this by a couple of runs.
