Brown joined ESPN fulltime in February 2010 and eventually morphed into a high-profile assignment on the sidelines for ESPN's Thursday Night college football primetime telecast. At the time, ESPN brass were clearly positioning her as a replacement for Erin Andrews should Andrews depart from the network. Last year, Sam Ponder was given the Thursday Night assigmnment as well as a role on College GameDay. Brown worked last season on ESPN's Saturday noon game with announcer Dave Pasch and analyst Brian Griese

A former softball player at Florida, Brown also covered the College World Series, Little League World Series, and also co-hosted ESPNU's RoadTrip. She first joined ESPN as freelance correspondent in 2006.
Along with sportscasting, Brown is a spokesperson for various companies and has a jewelry line -- The Jenn Brown Collection. Prior to joining ESPN, she hosted a number of entertainment programs including E! News Now.

Didn't really see Jenn as much. Outside of a few college football games here and there.
They made her do the work no one watched. Looks like they were done with her

sam has a better personality by far. she isnt going anywhere but up. jenn is more suited fzor tmz sports.

Nobody holds a candle to Jill Arrington in my opinion as far as sideline reporters. I saw her during a CBS game a few years ago at the Brice and she is stunning. Erin Andrews I saw at gameday as well and Jill is way hotter. Now she does that crappy FOX college football preview show.

Jill Arrington will always be the gold standard by which all other sideline reporters are judged.

I wonder why ESPN keeps losing reporters and anchors? I guess they can go to other networks and get more money but it gets hard to keep up with. And when did the guy from WWE become an anchor on SportsCenter?

A lot of past employees speak out about it (Dan Patrick and Doug Gottlieb come to mind)

They don't like how the company is run. (Ex- them telling Gottlieb that he can never talk enough about Tebow)

Although in this situation I don't think she left them. I feel it was more ESPN liked Ponder more and phased Brown out, as seen from the events they were giving her.
