Washington attended a junior day at Clemson. "I felt like I was home there," he said. "I liked it a lot. They told me they want me to camp there this summer. They told me they liked the way I play and I think they just want to see me (at camp)." Washington has not spoken with USC but says they have reached out to him. "They added me on facebook but I'm supposed to call Grady Brown to talk to him," said Washington. "I have seen South Carolina play on TV and I like they way they play. They're big, fast and strong and everybody goes to the ball. I really like that." Clemson was Washington's first trip with plans to attend junior days at Florida Atlantic and Louisville. He does not have any favorites.

Other camps he expects to attend include Miami, Florida Atlantic, Louisville and Florida. As a junior he totaled 30 tackles with five interceptions running two back for scores. Washington does not have a favorite.
