Quote:

Renaldo Balkman freaked out during a Philippine Basketball Association game last night, shoving referees, coaches and teammates before eventually putting his hands on the throat of teammate, Arwind Santos.

Wow! I saw him and his family at Miyabi's in the Harbison area a while back. He seemed very laid back

Way to represent! It's clear Renaldo feels he's above the Philippines...probably still brags about being a first round pick.

If it weren't funny it would be sad.

Wow, I wonder what he has going on in his life that has him reacting like this?

He went buckwild but it wasn't awful. The only thing is choking his teammate, but even that wasn't as advertised.

Lets be honest with ourselves...if we were first round drafts picks, traded and back again and finally released. Find ourselves playing basketball in saigon, then fighting during a game would be the least amount of trouble many of us would be in.

Really? that's what you're angry about? he choked a teammate and you're trying to stick up for him because he didn't TECHNICALLY strangle him?

Except Batman.

I'm confident Batman could stop him. After that it's anybody's guess.

Take up for him? Where the **** did I take up for him? My comment was about a "NEWS" service saying Balkman "killed" (ie; "strangled") someone.

Lighten up, Frances.

Re: Renaldo Balkman Sighting!

geez, it is kinda hard to defend him when he grabs someones neck. i am sure he was hot about the officiating or what not but choking a guy is probably not a good thing.
