Dubbed “The Punisher,” Alexei Volkov takes a zero-tolerance approach to being cut off while driving his bus on Russia’s roads. Day or night, rain, snow or shine, whenever an errant driver gets in his way, Volkov rams his bus into the offending vehicle without apology — and records it all on his dashboard camera. The bus driver then documents the collisions by posting the video footage on YouTube. In a recent interview, Volkov claimed he’s had more than 100 accidents.

why do they keep putting on their brakes when they shift lanes in front of him? there's not even a reason for it given the flow of traffic. seems like they're trying to cause an accident?

They are idiots. They don't deserve to get rammed, but they are idiots.

Under that logic, those who cut people off the way these people did deserve to be in jail, as well.

I went to Russia a couple of years ago. They drive like mad men. I just kept my head down when I was in a car. They have to stop for ANY pedestrian crossing the road so they are constantly slamming on their breaks because most people walk wherever they are going, so they are constantly crossing the streets. Look up videos on youtube of cars not stopping so they slam into people crossing the streets.

Another crazy thing...When their light changes to red, the other side immediately changes to green. Instead of yellow before red, its yellow before green so they have a head start on the green light.

Insurance fraud. The accidents they cause are on purpose. Insurance fraud is so rampant in Russia that many insurer's reward drivers with a better rate if they will employ a dashcam in their vehicle. Some mandate it for civic/fleet vehicles because they are targeted for fraudulent accidents so often. Ever wonder where all those dashcam videos on Youtube of people wrecking come from? That's right. Russia.

He doesn't even try to prevent it. If anything, he tries even harder to hit them when they cut in front instead of braking and missing them

I was wondering the same thing that Floyd was about people slowing down.

In ATL, if they cut you off, they surely don't slow down

Of course, you can always ram someone like this guy did...when he wasn't paying attention
