That is just sick.

I have never let my child play in an indoor play area. They are not properly cleaned. Investigators have found feces and urine in the ball pits and slides, not to mention e. coli. At least outdoor areas get fresh air, sunshine, and rain.

Now I'm not taking up for McDonalds but why weren't the kids being watched? The kid would have still found the condom but he wouldn't have ate it

There is no hope for that kid.

No matter how young you are, you should be able to correctly infer that you should not eat a condom.

Oddly enough it is probably better for you to eat a used condom that you found in the ball pit section of the play area than to eat a single McNugget from McDonalds.

If the story is true and the mother realized what happened when the child "coughed up a piece" of the condom --- how does she know it was "used"?
