They come from How I Met Your Mother. They travel in packs, and generally woo after taking shots, complimenting each other, occasionally saying "b*tches" at random intervals, referring to their feminine bonafides, etc. Lilly tried to be a woo girl, but Robin explained she could not. The key is to translate the woo. Lilly was married to her soulmate, while the woo girls were hard working gals that had not met the right guy yet, still had issues pleasing their mothers, are unable to pursue relationships while pursuing careers, etc.
