What's a good first fighting move?

Any suggestions on an opening fight move, punch, or kick if you're forced to defend yourself in a fight?

Let's say a big, drunk moron wants to start a fight at a bar and gets up in my face with malintent...where's a good place to land a blow to neutralize said target? I don't want the fight to go beyond a couple of blows.

Waddya think?

It really depends on the particular situation. The best thing you could do would be the largest object you can find and start hitting them with it as hard as you can. Try to get as many blows to their face/neck area as you can and once they are down keep hitting them until they do not move again.

Whenever someone wants to fight me, I just get naked. Nobody wants to fight a naked guy.

Dang dude. That's kinda disturbing.

I third the throat-punch/strike method. Not much protection and easier to gain an incapacitating blow.

Yeah, but won't I kill the attacker if I crush the larynx? Accidentally...

 well I never said it wouldn't potentially kill anyone

I suppose a groin shot is a good nonlethal option

Ideally you would do your best to not have to fight at all. When every other option fails and you are forced to engage someone in a fight you want it to be as lopsided in your favor as possible and you want to inflict the maximum amount of damage possible in the shortest amount of time.

If you have exhausted all other options afforded to you to not fight and you are forced to then your intent should be to kill the other person because they obviously intend to harm or kill you or a loved one. Like I said above ideally you would do everything possible to find a way to not have to fight someone but if everything fails then that means it is serious and life threatening so in order to end that threat you need to incapacitate your attacker and most of the time that means ending their life.

throat punch, kick to the sack (although the really cheap, and rather pathetic route from guy to guy), or jab square in the nose. stuns them, waters their eyes, and blurs their vision momentarily enough for you to either land a few more hard blows or gtfo if you see fit.

I have never had to fight to the death.
