I want to wish my son Happy Birthday today
 
He is 17 today and just want to brag a little on him:

He is a great kid. He holds a 4.2 GPA while working to help pay for his truck, insurance, taxes and gas. (He is even working tonight, didn't have to but wanted to)

He also told his mother the other night that he wants to go into medicine at South Carolina.

Proud dad here.

Thanks everyone. No he is not on cockytalk. I have introduced this site to him but he just hasn't gotten on.

Another quick story about him. His junior / senior prom is coming up and his mom and I offered to have a breakfast after party at the house. He said thanks but no thanks. He said that there are kids that drink and smoke pot that could show up at the house and he didn't want that potential problem on us.
