So I got the boot today

So I work in Little Rock and the "big wigs" came by today and fired me!!!

They said it was because one of my underlings has been useless and I haven't done anything about, which showed a lack of leadership skills. He just locked himself in his office and has been hiding out while the big bosses are here.
