The new Charlotte Hornets

I can't wait to see what the new logo/uniforms will look like. Counting down the days to 0:00 on the clock of the last Bobcats game. Went to two Bobcats games (both earlier this year) and enjoyed them but that team is atrocious and so is everything associated with it. I appreciate Jordan making the right call bringing the Hornets back but he needs to go as well. All we have is the official colors so far:

Not much of a fan of the secondary colors... but I guess they looked decent in the early Buzz City promotions.

While I like the Hornets nickname better, it's still just putting lipstick on the pig. As long as MJ wants to keep making player personnel decisions, they will continue to languish in the lower third of the league. If he would get out of the way and let Cho do his job without interference, I think they could get to be a consistent playoff team.

What happened to the New Orleans Hornets? Did they change their name?

The hornet and Bugs' costume better stay the same. Also please keep the old pinstripes on the unis.

Don't like them using light blue. It is obvious that is to appeal to UNC fans. I just don't think it works with their other colors. The other four can all go together.

New logo will be released next weekend, hornet just more aggressive looking.

Disregard my above post; I read that they will be revealed during the halftime show of the upcoming game against the Utah Jazz (Dec. 21st).

currently the 5th seed in the East and with how terrible the conference is they have a really good shot at making the playoffs this year

they've come a long ways since 2011, they really aren't that bad this year

Now the next thing that needs to be changed is the management. They have made some horrible personnel moves.

The Hornets were my team growing up! I loved watching them play throughout the '90s. Really had some good players come through. We would always get taken out in the playoffs by Milwaukee when they had Sam Cassel, The Big Dog (Cliff Robinson, right?), and they had one other guy. I like the idea of them bringing back the names and colors. Now if we can get real management we will be on the right path.

Ray Allen, possibly? And, I think it was Glenn Robinson, not Cliff.

Although I thought they only played the Bucks in they playoffs once, maybe twice, while they were in Charlotte.

If my memory serves me correctly it was usually his airness that sent the hornets packing from the first round in the 90's
