No.

We don't recruit California. He'll go to So Cal because it's his dad's favorite school.

I think I read an article where he wanted to get an offer from FSU, Baylor and (I think) Georgia. He was rated a 4 star WR by whatever recruiting service it was. It was a bit of a confusing article because they kept saying "USC" by way of referencing SoCal.

He got pissed at So.Cal or something, maybe he lands at FSU.

I thought he just wanted to go to an SEC school and was considering Tenn and UGA because of that

I thought it was his son. If he is good, and we have a chance of landing him, we should. Why not. Very unlikely we even try though.

Re: cordel broadus

:wink:If he is related to Snoop, UGA should be at the top of his list since so many of the players there like to fire one up now and then and on occasion make brownie treats!

Re: cordel broadus

Snoop Dogg's son Cordell Broadus -- one the most highly recruited high school players in the country -- just dropped a bombshell ... he's quitting the UCLA football team to "pursue other passions."
Broadus, a freshman at UCLA, was M.I.A. from the first week of Bruins camp ... even though he was expected to compete for a starting wide receiver position this season. He intends to continue taking classes at UCLA.
But head coach Jim Mora says Cordell told him he wants to make movies ... "in particular his love of film through his company Film School Productions."
It sounds like they're parting on great terms, since Mora gave his company a plug -- and added, "Cordell is an amazing young man with many talents, and we wish him nothing but the best as he continues to pursue his degree."

UCLA freshman Cordell Broadus, the son of rapper Snoop Dogg, has elected to give up football.
Broadus, a four-star wide receiver recruit out of Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, had offers from several other national powers, including Florida State and Notre Dame, but he never reported to the Bruins' preseason camp.

Am I the only one he felt like he looked like he was never happy when football was discussed? Not a surprising move to me.

I think it was more of a thing that Snoop wanted. You could tell in the series that they did (which was pretty interesting as a whole btw.) Of course the whole thing could have just been to launch his career.

The show by far was one of the best short series ESPN has done. As well done as their 30 for 30's.

I think Diddys son is still on the roster at UCLA. I can see how you missed him though, given he's 5'7".
