Cockytalk Cyclists?

Are there any CTers that are cyclists? If so what is your ride?

I don't ride, but I do try my best to hit everyone of them I see taking up my lane on the road.

Takes one to know one. May I remind you though, I am not the one cursing out someone they don't really know for having an actual sense of humor. You should have one too, it might decrease your risk for a brain aneurism.

Not a cyclist yet. Looking at trying mountain biking next year. This year I'm trying white water kayaking. Just thought i would add a lil humor with the "training wheels". What are some good brands for mountain bikes under 1k?

I saw a cry morbidly obese guy, riding a mountain bike a good 2ft in the road earlier. I wanted to applaud him for actually being able to pedal, whilst also wanting to him him for taking up so much of the road.

You know Cockytalk has taken some crazy pills when there are deleted posts in the cyclist thread.

People actually pay 1k for a bike without a motor? Are the rims made of gold?

Mine was $1800, but got it for $300 because the rear shock was bad.

It's hard to fault the guy for trying though. As annoying as it may be.

$1800 for a bike is pocket change. It's easy to go nuts. As the old saying goes, strong, light or cheap. Pick any two....

I've got a Ultegra 10 Orbea Zeus that tips the scale at just over 16 lbs for the road, a Felt Virtue 3 for the dirt and a couple of others hanging around that I don't really ride that much any more....

I will say when I was younger, I wanted to race BMX, so I got one of these. I loved it.
